This past Saturday, over 300 participants joined Spirit of a Hero in Argyle to honor our fallen heroes. Huge thanks to @trockroofers, @RaisingCanesChickenFingers, @martybsplace, and all other sponsors who supported the event.

Join us this Memorial Day weekend in Dallas: two-mile walk at noon tomorrow Sunday, May 26, and a midnight seven-mile silent walk. Let’s honor and remember together.

Carry the Load rallies are pregame gatherings for the even bigger day on Memorial Day Weekend. Spirit of a Hero is a non-profit partner with @carrytheload, and combined our mission is to raise awareness for the TRUE reason for Memorial Day— to honor our fallen and remember their sacrifices. They paid the ultimate sacrifice so we carry the burden when we walk. We honor them with the weight and solidarity we feel because they have all to protect us.

This years Spirit of a Hero recipient of a @mr.allison17 of @lewisvillefire who was gravely injured in a house fire in 2012 and has undergone over 20 major surgeries since.
